The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, H.E. İsmail Cem is going to pay an official visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on February 26, 2000 in order to have consultations with the President of the TRNC, H.E. Rauf Denktaş and members of the TRNC Government.
