    Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı, Türkiye'de yerleşik tüm yabancı misyonlara saygılarını sunar ve Bakanlığın 08 Aralık 2005 tarih ve PDGY/504941 sayılı Notasına atıfla, aşağıdaki hususları bildirmekten onur duyar.

     Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı, Türkiye'de yerleşik yabancı misyonlarda istihdam edilen Türk uyruklu veya Türk uyruklu olmamakla birlikte Türkiye'de yerleşik yerel personelin 506 sayılı Sosyal Sigortalar Kanunu gereğince, ikili Sosyal Güvenlik Anlaşmaları hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla sigortalı olmaları zorunlu olduğundan, Misyonlarında istihdam edilmiş Türk uyruklu veya Türkiye'de yerleşik personelin isim listesinin T.C. kimlik numaraları (sadece Türk vatandaşları için) ve S.S.K. sigorta sicil numaraları ile birlikte gönderilmesini rica eder.

    Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı bu vesile ile Türkiye'de yerleşik tüm yabancı misyonlara en derin saygılarını yineler.

2007/PDGY/529022 Turkish Social Insurance Law

            The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey presents its compliments to All Foreign Missions Accredited to Turkey and with reference to its Note Verbal dated 8 December 2005, No. PDGY/504941, has the honor to inform the following:

            As the personnel that are Turkish nationals or third country nationals with a valid residence permit, employed in Foreign Missions Accredited to Turkey shall be covered with social insurance in accordance with the Social Insurance Law No.506, except as provided in the Bilateral Social Security Agreements, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey requests from All Foreign Missions Accredited to Turkey to transmit the name list of the mentioned personnel annexed with the T.C. ID number (only Turkish citizens) and the S.S.K. insurance registration number.  

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey avails itself of this opportunity to renew to All Foreign Missions Accredited to Turkey the assurances of its highest consideration.
