The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey presents its compliments to the Diplomatic Missions and Representations of International Organizations accredited in Turkey and has the honour to inform them that as of February 15, 2005 the Deputy Directorate General of Protocol (PDGY) will be the point of contact for safety and security of the Foreign Missions and their personnel.

PDGY will coordinate with the Directorate General of Security (EGM) and other relevant Turkish authorities measures to be implemented in this respect.

The names and the telephone numbers of the officers in charge of diplomatic security are hereby attached.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Diplomatic Missions and Representations of International Organizations the assurances of its highest consideration.
