Consular relations between Türkiye and Kosovo are carried out within the framework of the "Visa Exemption Agreement between Türkiye and Kosovo" signed on 13th January 2009. According to the agreement, 90-day travels of the citizens of the two countries within 6 months are exempt from visa.

The Covid-19 measures have been completely removed by the Government of Kosovo, and a vaccination card or PCR test is not requested for travels to Kosovo.
