Development (EBRD), Council of Europe Development Bank
(CEB), Venice Commission, International Olympic Committee
(IOC).
Kosovo signed a Framework Agreement with the European
Investment Bank on 7th June 2013. Kosovo
participates in all meetings of the Southeast European
Cooperation Process (SEECP) on a same and equal basis with
its member states. Kosovo is represented under its own name
in the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) within the
framework of the formula agreed in the Belgrade-Pristina
Dialogue Process. Kosovo can also attend the meetings of
the Regional Arms Control Verification and Enforcement
Assistance Center (RACVIAC), a regional disarmament
organization, on equal terms with its member states.
