Commercial and Economic Relations between Turkey and Malta

The bilateral trade volume between Turkey and Malta stood at 593 million USD in 2017, which corresponds to an increase of 113,3 percent compared to the year before. (Turkish exports 541 million US Dollars; imports 52 million US Dollars).

In the period of 2002-2017, total amount of direct investments from Malta to Turkey is 231 million USD. This figure is 1.266 billion USD from Turkey to Malta in the same period.

In 2017, 5,523 tourists from Malta visited Turkey.
