Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Babacan will go to Ukraine on 17 April 2008 to attend the 18th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization.

This will provide an opportunity for Minister Babacan to get together with other participating Foreign Ministers of BSEC countries and review bilateral and international issues.

Besides BSEC member countries, representatives of observer countries, organisations and BSEC affiliated institutions will take part in the meeting.
