The Seventh Extraordinary Session of the Islamic Summit Conference, which was chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was organized in Istanbul on 18 May 2018.

The Extraordinary Session was held in response to the grave developments in the State of Palestine, as a result of the ongoing Israeli brutal aggression against the Palestinian people and the illegal inauguration of the US embassy in Al-Quds.

At the end of the Extraordinary Session, Final Communique http://www.mfa.gov.tr/olaganustu-iit-zirvesi-nihai-bildirisi.en.mfa has been adopted.
