Turkey- Cooperation Council of Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) High Level Strategic Dialogue Fourth Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs was held in Istanbul, on 28 January 2012.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed al-Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of United Arab Emirates, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Qatar Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh of Kuwait Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, Director General for Economic Sector, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman, Ambassador Atalb Miran Al-Raisi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Prince Saud Al-Faisal and Secretary General of GCC, Abdul Latif Bin Rashid Al Zayani participated in the meeting which was hosted by Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
