Attaching great importance to regional ownership and enhancing regional cooperation in an all-inclusive manner, Türkiye has supported the RCC, the operaitonal arm of the SEECP, since its inception.

In this context, Türkiye is not only a member of the RCC but also a member of the RCC Board. Furthermore, it is among the leading contributors to the budget of the Organization.

Türkiye has paid special attention to strengthening the RCC and increasing the synergy and coordination between SEECP and RCC during its SEECP Chairmanship-in-Office in 2009-2010 and afterwards.
