Minister Çavuşoğlu met with Foreign Minister Denis Moncada Colindres of Nicaragua on 24 July 2019.

At the meeting our bilateral relations and international issues were discussed.

After the meeting, the two Ministers held a joint press conference.

Minister Çavuşoğlu stressed that the opening of the Nicaraguan Embassy in Turkey would further strengthen our relations and that we would also develop our economic relations.

On the same day, Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu met also with Foreign Minister Saifuddin Abdullah of Malaysia.

At the meeting, our excellent bilateral relations were assessed.

Minister Çavuşoğlu emphasized that cooperation in the field of defense industry with Malaysia which is our strategic partner in Southeast Asia and one of our best commercial partners in the region would give a new impetus to our economic relations.
