Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu participated in the 5th teleconference meeting of the Ministerial Coordination Group on COVID-19 on 17 April 2020.

At the meeting, steps to be taken for the recovery of the global economy in the aftermath of COVID-19 were discussed.

Following the meeting the Joint Declaration on the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic was adopted.
