Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu participated in the workshop on Eastern Mediterranean hosted by Akdeniz University in Antalya on 7 December 2020.

Minister Çavuşoğlu emphasized that the main reason for the problems was lack of knowledge on sharing, that if there were some richness, it should be shared and problems should be solved through diplomacy, that we were in favor of equitable sharing and that we were strong both morally and legally.

Later that day, Minister Çavuşoğlu met with Foreign Minister Taher Siala of Libya and evaluated our bilateral relations and regional developments.

Minister Çavuşoğlu noted that our support to the brotherly Libyan people would always continue.
