H. E. Enrique Peña Nieto, President of Mexico pays a state visit to Turkey at the invitation ofPresident of Turkey H.E. Abdullah Gül.

President Peña Nieto’s visit is of particular importance that it is the first presidential visit fromMexico to Turkey.

At the meeting chaired by the twoPresidents, all aspects of bilateral relations were addressed,new cooperation and partnership opportunities were discussedand views were exchanged on current regional andinternational issues.

At the signing ceremony held following the meeting, President Güland his Mexican counterpart signed the Turkey-Mexico Strategic Cooperation and PartnershipFramework for the 21st Century.

• Memorandum Of Understanding Between The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Of The Republic Of Turkey And The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Of The United Mexican States Regarding The Establishment Of A High Level Binational Commission,

• Agreement Between The Government Of The Republic Of Turkey And The Government Of The United Mexican States For The Avoidance Of Double Taxation And The Prevention Of Fiscal Evasion With Respect To Taxes On Income,
