We strongly condemn the terrorist attack carried out today (26 June) against a mosque in Kuwait during the Friday Prayer and resulted in the death and injury of many people. We wish God's mercy on those who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their families, the brotherly State of Kuwait and its people and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.

We underline that this terrorist attack which targets the peace, harmony and tranquillity prevailing in Kuwait, can never attain its goal.

We reaffirm our solidarity with the State and the people of Kuwait in their fight against terrorism and reiterate our support to the security and stability of Kuwait.
