Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Naci Koru participated in the National Launch of the Syria Regional Refugee and Resilience Plan 2015-2016 (3RP) Turkey Part for the Syrians under temporary protection, hosted by the UN Resident Coordinator Mr. Kamal Malhotra on 19 March 2015 in Ankara.

A group of 120 guests composed of Ambassadors of the donor countries and resident representatives of the international organizations in Ankara attended the National Launch of the 3RP Turkey Part which for the first time includes the dimension of development in addition to the existing direct humanitarian assistance.

The opening statement of the Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Naci Koru was followed by the statement of the UN Resident Coordinator Mr. Kamal Malhotra and statements of the UNHCR and UNDP Representatives in Ankara and the presentation of the Prime Ministry's Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency(AFAD).
