Visit of Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu to the United States to attend the Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Global Coalition on the Defeat of DEASH, 22 March 2017

On the second day of his visit to United States, Minister Çavuşoğlu attended the Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Global Coalition on the Defeat of DEASH and underlined Turkey’s contributions in this sphere.

In the margins of the said event, during which the determination to continue fighting against DEASH was reflected, Minister Çavuşoğlu had talks with his counterparts from Hungary and Qatar.

Minister Çavuşoğlu flew to New York in the afternoon and met with Turkish citizens living in this city.

Minister Çavuşoğlu left the U.S. for Switzerland the same day in the evening.
