Türkiye-Bahrain Joint Economic Committee (JEC):The 7
th
JEC Meeting, co-chaired by H.E. Nureddin Nebati, Former Minister of
Treasury and Finance of Türkiye and H.E. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al
Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy of Bahrain, was held on
30-31 March 2022 in Manama.
Turkish-Bahraini Business Council:The Turkish-Bahraini
Business Council was established) on 2006 in Istanbul. Co-chairperson from
Turkish side of the Business Council is Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK)
Istanbul Manager, Ms. Bilgün Gürkan. Co-chairmen on the Bahraini side are
Mr. Sameer Abdullah Nass, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and
Industry, and Mr. Ahmed Bin Hindi, Chairman of the Bahrain Businessmen
Association. On the occasion of the 7th JEC Meeting, the Turkish-Bahrain
Business Council round table was held on 31 March 2022.
