Mr. Bernard Kouchner, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of France, will be paying a visit to Turkey on 05 October 2007.

During this visit, Mr. Kouchner will meet with Mr. Ali Babacan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and will be received by President Abdullah Gül and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. During the talks, bilateral relations in political, economic and cultural fields, Turkey-EU relations and Cyprus as well as regional and international issues will be discussed.
