In order to provide rapid and efficient services to the Turkish citizens living abroad, a “Call Center for Consular Affairs” has been initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. The Turkish Consulate General Call Center in Chicago, established to better serve Turkish citizens living in North America, has been operating successfully for some time.

Under this project, now a second Call Center for Consular Affairs has been established in Ankara to answer the questions of the Turkish callers. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Call Center for Consular Affairs has become fully functional on 2 April 2006. The Call Center can be reached at 0090 312 292 29 29, between 09.00-18.00 hours Turkish local time during week-days

DAS CALL-ZENTER DES AUSSENMINISTERIUMS DER

REPUBLIK TÜRKEI

Um eine schnellere und effizientere Leistung, für die im Ausland lebenden türkischen Staatsbürger anzubieten, hat das Außenministerium der Republik Türkei, das Projekt „Call-Zenter für konsularische Fragen“ ins Leben gerufen. Seit einiger Zeit bietet das Call-Zenter des türkischen Generalkonsulats in Chicago, eine erfolgreiche Leistung für die in Nordamerika lebenden türkischen Staatsbürger an.

Um alle telefonische Anfragen bezüglich der konsularischen Angelegenheiten der in Europa lebenden türkischen Staatsbürger antworten zu können, wurde ein zweites Call-Zenter in Ankara eröffnet. Das konsularische Call-Zenter des türkischen Außenministeriums ist seit 02. April 2007 funktionsfähig. Das Call-Zenter in Ankara ist unter folgender Telefon-Nummer 00 90 312 292 29 29, von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 09.00-18.00 Uhr (türkischer Zeit) erreichbar.
