Training program for career officers appointed abroad for the first time and their spouses begins.

Training program organized by the Diplomacy Academy of the Ministry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spouses Solidarity Association for the career officers who are appointed abroad in 2013 for the first time and their spouses begun on April 30, 2013.

Speaking at the opening session of the training program, Ambassador Naci Koru, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey pointed out the importance of the training program held for the second time. Deputy Minister Koru explained the features of diplomatic representation responsibilities and in this regard he shared his views and suggestions with junior career officers.


First stage of the training program to be held with the attendance of spouses includes seminars concerning current foreign policy developments, protocol, Turkish culture and art, coping with stress, anger control and mobbing. At the second stage, junior career officials will be informed of the technical issues such as administrative and financial matters, consular services, and information technologies.
