Political Relations
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1926, Türkiye and Norway
have maintained friendly relations.
Türkiye and Norway, as two countries of NATO, have shared similar views on
various international and regional issues.
Foreign Minister of Norway visited Türkiye in April 2025.

billion 198 million Dollars. Turkish direct investments in Norway in the
same period were 222 million Dollars.
About 223 thousand Norwegian tourists visited Türkiye in 2024.
The population of the Turkish community living in Norway is around 28
thousand.
