Turkish Embassy in Bern has been accredited to Liechtenstein since 1992.

544 Turkish citizens live in Liechtenstein, which has a population of around 40.000. In Liechtenstein, where approximately 35 % of the population consists of foreigners, the Turkish community is 7th in the ranking, which equals to around 4% of foreigners living in the country.

As Liechtenstein is an EFTA country, it is one of the parties to the Free Trade Agreement concluded between Türkiye and EFTA countries in 1992.

The free trade agreement between Türkiye and EFTA was updated and entered into force in October 2021.
