Political Relations
Türkiye and Iceland do not have resident diplomatic missions in each
other’s capital. Turkish Embassy in Oslo is accredited to Iceland, while
the Icelandic Embassy in Copenhagen is accredited to Türkiye.

electronic tools.
Main import items: Fish and seashells, unprocessed
aluminum, machines and boilers.
Direct investments from Iceland to Türkiye during 2002-2023 amounted to 3
million Dollars. Turkish direct investments in Iceland in the same period
were 3 million Dollars.
Around 4.000 tourists from Iceland visited Türkiye in 2023.
Cultural, Educational and Consular Relations
Approximately 100 Turkish citizens live in Iceland.
Türkiye has an Honorary Consulate in Reykjavik.
