Diplomatic relations between Türkiye and Andorra were established on 8 October 1998 and the Turkish Embassy in Madrid was accredited to Andorra by the Council of Ministers Decision dated 13 April 1999. Andorra does not have an accredited Embassy to Türkiye.

Trade relations between Türkiye and Andorra are limited. Bilateral trade volume is around 3,65 million USD in 2023.
