The meeting of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the Southeast European Cooperation Process (SEECP), the current Chairman of which is Bulgaria, will be held in Sofia on 28th of February 2008.

The Turkish delegation will be headed by H. E. Mr. Ali Babacan, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

It is envisaged that regional affairs, primarily the developments in regard to Kosovo, and issues relating to the completion of the transformation of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe into the Regional Cooperation Council will be discussed at the meeting.
