We have received the news about the acts of terror perpetrated in three different locations in Mumbai, today (13 July) with profound sadness. We strongly condemn these heinous attacks which targeted innocent people, and wish mercy upon those who lost their lives, offer our condolences to their bereaved families and wish speedy recovery to the wounded.

Turkey will continue to act in solidarity with India and with all other countries suffering from this scourge in the fight against terrorism which constitutes a crime against humanity.

We attach importance to and support international cooperation and solidarity in the context of eradicating the roots of terror and extremism.
