We strongly condemn the terrorist attack which was perpetrated today in the city of al Bayda, Yemen, and claimed many lives. We wish God’s mercy on those who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their relatives and the brotherly people of Yemen.

We observe recently an increase in terrorist attacks in Yemen. We believe it is imperative to fight against these terrorist attacks in a comprehensive manner.

We attach great importance to the peace, security and stability of Yemen. Ensuring the control of the legitimate state authority throughout the country, the establishment of public order as well as the necessary support of the international community towards these objectives are essential.
