We strongly condemn the terrorist attack perpetrated against innocent people in Berlin.

This brutal attack which claimed the lives of 12 persons and left around 50 people wounded, constitutes yet another example of the scourge of terrorism that feeds on the blood of innocent people regardless of identity, location or nationality.

Turkey and Turkish people, who have most recently suffered from similar attacks, share the grief of Germany and German people. We emphasize once again that terrorism can be overcome only if it is fought against without discrimination and collectively. To this end, we reiterate our call on the international community, including friendly nations.
