Foreign Minister Davutoğlu will attend the OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting to be held in Kiev on 5-6 December 2013.

During the meeting, issues on the three dimensions of the OSCE, including combating transnational threats, non-proliferation, tolerance and non-discrimination, as well as environmental effects of energy related activities, will be discussed in the context of the preparations for the 40th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act in 2015.

Also on the agenda of the meeting will be efforts towards settlement of conflicts in our neighboring geography, such as Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia/South Ossetia and Transnistria, that are of close relevance to the security and stability of Turkey.

Minister Davutoğlu is also expected to have a number of bilaterals with his counterparts on the margins of the meeting.
