Turkey strongly condemns the terrorist attack that took place yesterday (2 November 2009) in Rawalpindi and has claimed 25 lives and injured many including security officials according to the initial reports. We once again reiterate our readiness to provide every assistance within our means aimed at achieving the prosperous and peaceful future which friendly and brotherly Pakistan deserves. Turkey extends its condolences to the families of the victims and wishes speedy recovery to the wounded ones.
