We have learned with deep sorrow and concern that two consecutive terrorist attacks took place at the International Islamic University in Islamabad, the capital of friendly and brotherly Pakistan. That these attacks were perpetrated against an educational institution has further deepened our grief. In the aftermath of the attacks which clearly demonstrate the hideous face of terrorism, we sincerely extend our condolences to the Pakistani government and people.

On this sad occasion, we once again reiterate that we will continue to extend every assistance within our means to help ensure the peace, prosperity and security of the brotherly Pakistani people.
