MIKTA Foreign Ministers’ Joint Statement on the Recent Earthquakes Which Took Place in Mexico

Foreign Ministers of Australia, Indonesia, Korea and Turkey - members of MIKTA - are saddened by the loss of life and damage caused by three earthquakes that took place in Mexico over the last two weeks. MIKTA Foreign Ministers extend their condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the earthquakes. They share the grief of the people and the Government of Mexico and wish those injured a quick recovery. The Foreign Ministers stand in full solidarity with the Government and people of Mexico and commend them for their swift and effective response to these disasters.
