The bilateral trade volume between Türkiye and Spain stood at 1 billion 9 million USD in 2023, which corresponds to 15,31 percent an increase compared to the year before (Exports 9 billion 8 million USD, imports 9 billion 4 million USD).

Main Turkish exports to Spain are automobile, textile, motor vehicles for carrying goods, road vehicles parts. Main imports from Spain are off-the-shelf clothes, road vehicles, automotive industry products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and iron and steel products.

Total amount of direct investments from Spain to Türkiye in the period of 2002-2023 March is 11 billion 277 million USD, while the figure is 334 million USD for investments from Türkiye to Spain in the same period.

More than 300 thousand Spanish tourists visited Türkiye in 2023.
