6th meeting of the Turkish – Ukrainian Joint Strategic Planning Group which constitutes a sub-mechanism of the Turkish – Ukrainian High Level Strategic Council was held in Ankara on March 30th, 2018. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin visited Turkey to participate in the meeting.

Minister Çavuşoğlu and his Ukrainian counterpart discussed furthering Turkey – Ukraine relations in various fields including trade, investment, infrastructure, transportation, energy and defence industry.

Following the meetings, the two Ministers held a joint press conference.

During his visit, Foreign Minister Klimkin was received by President Erdoğan and Speaker of the Grand National Assembly Kahraman.
