Political consultations were held under the co-chairmanship of H.E. Ambassador Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, and his counterpart at the Ministry of External Affairs of India, H.E. Ambassador Navtej Sarna, in Ankara on 17 April 2015.

Bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues were discussed during the consultations.
