Excellency,

I have the pleasure to extend to Your Excellency my sincere congratulations on the auspicious occasion of the BSEC Day.

This year, the BSEC Day is coinciding with the 16th anniversary of the establishment of our Organization. The potential of BSEC is today recognized internationally.

The contributions of BSEC to the development of regional cooperation as well as to the peace, stability and security of the region are praiseworthy and as one of the founding members Turkey remains committed to the goals and objectives of the Organization.

Having a long way, BSEC is now poised to enter a new era for development. Nevertheless, to pursue its goals, the Organization needs concrete support from all the member states. I believe that with the political will and determination available in all the member countries, full cooperation in the activities of our Organization will further strengthen BSEC to the common benefit of all member states in the coming period.

Availing myself of this opportunity, I would like to assure Your Excellency and Your able staff of my Government’s full support in your endeavors towards the realization of our common goals.
