Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergei Lavrov, paid a visit to Turkey on 13-14 August 2018, within the framework of the Tenth Ambassadors’ Conference.

On the morning of 14 August, Minister Lavrov delivered a speech to Ambassadors.

Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu held a joint press conference with Foreign Minister Lavrov.

At the meeting following the press conference, Minister Çavuşoğlu and Minister Lavrov exchanged views on bilateral issues as well as regional matters, in particular Syria.
