No:74, 20 May 2009, Press Release Regarding the Participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu in the 36th Session of the Islamic Council of Foreign Ministers

Turkey will participate in the 36th Session of the Islamic Council of Foreign Ministers to be held in Damascus on 23-25 May 2009, with an official delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu.

Regional and international issues concerning the geography of the Organization of Islamic Conference will be discussed at the meeting.  The meeting will also provide an opportunity for  the Minister to hold a series of bilateral contacts with his counterparts.
