Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will be visiting Yemen on February 17-18, and Bahrain on February 19, 2009, upon invitations extended by Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Qirbi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Yemen, and Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohammad Al Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain.



During the visits, issues concerning bilateral relations and regional developments will be discussed.



After completing his visits to Yemen and Bahrain, Foreign Minister Mr. Babacan will pay an official visit to Lithuania on February 20,2009 upon the invitation of Foreign Minister Vygaudas Usackas, during which bilateral relations, Turkey’s EU accession negotiations, as well as regional and international developments will be taken up.
