H.E. Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, will visit Erbil on 3-4 November 2015, for MERI Forum 2015 held by the Middle East Research Institute based in Erbil and have side-meetings during the Forum.
