Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioğlu is paying a visit to Erbil on 3-4 November 2015 to participate in the MERI Forum 2015 organized by the Middle East Research Institute based in Erbil and to hold bilateral talks.

Within the scope of his visit, Foreign Minister Sinirlioğlu first met with Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (IKRG) Prime Minister Mr. Nechirvan Barzani. In the meeting, regional developments and bilateral relations were discussed. Following this meeting Foreign Minister Sinirlioğlu held talks with Mr. Barham Salih, Deputy Secretary General of Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK). In the context of his Erbil visit, Foreign Minister Sinirlioğlu also held a meeting with Mr. Masoud Barzani, President of IKRG.
