Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu attended the Conference on Economic Support and Investment held in Tunisia on 29-30 November 2016 with Deputy Prime Minister Nurettin Canikli.

In the conference, which aims at strengthening international community’s support to the economic reform and restructuring process in Tunisia, Turkey announced a pledge of additional 100 million USD loan for projects to be carried out in Tunisia.

In the meetings held during the visit with Tunisian President, Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Ennahda leader, Turkey’s support to the restructuring process in Tunisia and commitment to further strengthen bilateral cooperation were underlined.
