Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu paid a working visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on 18 July 2017.

Minister Çavuşoğlu discussed with President Akıncı of TRNC steps that can be taken with a view to finding a solution to the Cyprus issue following the Conference on Cyprus that yielded no results despite all our constructive efforts.

Deliberations on the issue continued at the working dinner hosted by President Akıncı of TRNC.
