Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu visited Austria to meet with Karin Kneissl, Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of Austria, to attend the official opening ceremony of Yunus Emre Institute in Vienna and to meet with representatives of the Turkish community in Austria.

On Wednesday evening, March 7th, Minister Çavuşoğlu officially opened Yunus Emre Institute in Vienna and met with Turkish citizens and representatives of their associations in Austria.

On March 8, Thursday, Minister Çavuşoğlu met with his Austrian counterpart Karin Kneissl. During the meetings between delegations, headed by Minister Çavuşoğlu and Minister Kneissl, Turkey-Austria relations were discussed in detail.

On the same day, Minister Çavuşoğlu and Minister Kneissl visited the Spanish Riding School in Vienna.
