Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu visited Milano to attend the 25th Meeting of OSCE Ministerial Council on 6-7 December 2018.

At the meeting, Minister Çavuşoğlu stressed that the OSCE should be used effectively in common fight against terrorism, radicalization, violent extremism, xenophobia and Islamophobia.

Minister Çavuşoğlu stated that Turkey will continue its fight against terrorist organizations abusing religion and ethnic identity like PKK/PYD/YPG, DAESH and FETO.

On 6 December, Thursday, Minister Çavuşoğlu held bilaterals on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting with Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl ofAustria, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov of Azerbaijan, Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei of Belarus, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Didier Reynders of Belgium, Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen of Denmark, Foreign Minister Chingiz Aidarbekov of Kyrgyzstan and Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz of Poland.
