Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Ambassador Naci Koru met with Mr. Jose Cesario, Secretary of State of Portuguese Communities Abroad.

During the meeting, bilateral relations as well as issues concerning citizens of the two countries including visa were discussed.
