Ambassador Mr. Naci Koru, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey participated in “Forum Istanbul 2013” which was held under the theme of “Globalization and New Balances” on May 7-8, 2013 and chaired the session entitled “Developing Markets: Turkey’s Opening Up Policy To Africa”

Deputy Minister Koru referring Turkey’s policy of opening up to Africa pointed out that Turkey’s bilateral and regional relations with African countries further develop each day in line with its multi-dimensional foreign policy vision.
