Ambassador Naci Koru, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey attended the Third Chughtai Art Award Ceremony organized by Embassy of Pakistan in Ankara.

Speaking at the ceremony Deputy Minister Koru emphasized that the cultural ties between Turkey and Pakistan are an important aspect of the deep-rooted bilateral relations based on the historic friendship of people of the two countries. “The friendship between Turkey and Pakistan will be carried forward” said Deputy Minister Koru.

Deputy Minister Koru gave the plaques to the award winners of the Chughtai painting contest, organized in the name of the Pakistani famous artist Abdul Rahman Chughtai, under the theme of Pakistan art and handicrafts.
