Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Koru attended the opening session of  “The Workshop on Efficiency and Effectiveness in Public Administration among Balkan Countries”

A Workshop on Efficiency and Effectiveness in Public Administration among Balkan Countries, organized by The Prime Ministry Experts Association is being held in Ankara on 24-25 April 2014 with the participation of high level officials, experts and academicians from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.

Delivering a speech at the opening session of the workshop which covers public administration reforms, reducing bureaucracy and e-state applications, Ambassador Koru touched upon Turkish foreign policy towards the Balkans and informed participants about projects recently implemented in the Foreign Ministry, with particular emphasis on Document Management System, Diplomatic Portal, e-Consulate and e-Visa applications.
